Ping an admin in our server. Most donation problems are sorted out within a few minutes.
Donated but got no Valcoins?
Most of the time this is a missing claim code. Two things fix it:
- Ko-fi — open the portal, enter your code, and use the “Already donated?” box on the Ko-fi card. Enter the email you donated with and your coins are credited on the spot.
- Patreon — click “Link my Patreon account” once on the portal. That also credits any earlier pledge that was waiting.
If neither works, message us with the provider you used and roughly when you donated. We can find the payment and credit it by hand — nothing is lost.
